Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the wrong product is delivered. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any other reason.
Wrong Product Delivered: If an incorrect product is delivered, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@vyaparman.in. We will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced.
Non-Returnable Products: Any products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
Refund for Incorrect Products: If the wrong product is delivered and returned, a replacement will be provided. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
No Refunds for Cancellations After Dispatch: No refund will be provided for cancellations after the product has been dispatched.
Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. However, you may cancel the order before dispatch by contacting us at contact@vyaparman.in.
Vyaparman-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of stock, incomplete delivery information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
